What We Offer
When working at SchoolWay Mentors, you will join a team of like-minded passionate individuals dedicated to helping students succeed. We understand the busy life outstanding students like you live, so we provide great compensation to reward you for your hard work.
You will be compensated on a per-hour basis, with $15/hr for subject mentoring, $17.5/hr for test prep mentoring, $20/hr for managing, and an average of $20/hr for development on a per-project basis.
Get compensated for what you want to work; you have the flexibility to not only choose the hours you work but also the amount of work per week.
We adopt a flatland structure, so you have plenty of opportunities to branch out, freely work on different projects and roles within SchoolWay, and even take up management positions.
As long as you have not committed to mentoring a student, we allow you to take breaks for as long as you want, whenever you want; that means you can rest for a month to a whole year to work on other things until returning to formally working at SchoolWay.
When SchoolWay does good, you do good; although we neither have a legal obligation to share profits nor are our employees given shares, we reward the people who made it possible — like you — a slice of the pie for your hard work with generous bonuses.
