Choosing the right plan is important, and we're here to answer your questions. If you have queries about our pricing options, you're in the right place.
How do I pay for SchoolWay services?
After matching you with mentors and arranging sessions, we will send you a payment link or invoice via your preferred contact method. You can choose to make a one-time payment for any number of sessions or purchase a subscription for the number of arranged sessions per week. If you are making one-time payments, we will send you a new payment link every time you would like to make another payment. Keep in mind that you must pay for the session in advance.
How do I change my billing information or cancel a subscription?
Our billing portal allows you to manage your subscriptions and update billing details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through various methods, including all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, PayPal, and more via Stripe; all payment methods have no extra fees.
How are SchoolWay services priced?
The fees displayed are on a per-session basis, depending on the session type. Subject sessions include tutoring for school subjects such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, while test prep sessions include preparation for the SAT or ACT. SchoolWay membership comes with paying for a session and is valid up to one year after your last paid session.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
We are committed to transparency. There are no hidden fees or extra charges other than the per-session fee. Additionally, you can choose the frequency and duration of sessions that suit your needs.
Can I change mentors if I'm not satisfied with my current one?
Yes, if you find that you are not a good fit with your current mentor, you can request a change. We want to ensure that you have a positive and productive mentoring experience.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your mentor or the quality of the sessions, please reach out to us, and we will work to address your concerns and make suitable arrangements.
